Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and guiding the sales team to deliver high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.

  • Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.

  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to the sales team.
