Key Responsibilities
1. E-Commerce Strategy & Management
Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy in alignment with business goals.
Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s website and online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Noon, Flipkart).
Analyse website performance, customer behaviour, and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure online content accuracy, product availability, and pricing competitiveness.
2. Digital Marketing & Conversion Optimization
Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media ads, and affiliate marketing.
Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
Implement A/B testing and SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve user experience.
3. Online Merchandising
Manage product listings, descriptions, images, categories, and overall site navigation.
Coordinate with creative teams to maintain high-quality product content and visuals.
Optimize product assortment and promotions to increase sales.
4. Customer Experience & Order Fulfilment
Work closely with logistics, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Resolve escalated customer issues related to online orders.
Improve checkout processes, return policies, and overall user experience.
5. Data & Analytics
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports on traffic, sales, and campaign results.
Measure ROI of e-commerce initiatives and recommend improvements.
Track competitor activity and industry trends.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, product, IT, design, and operations teams to support e-commerce activities.
Work with finance to manage budgets and forecast online sales.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience
3–7+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
Experience with website CMS, online marketplaces, and digital advertising platforms.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Arefs), and email marketing platforms.
Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar e-commerce platforms.
Strong Excel/Sheets and data analysis skills.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
