Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Sales Executive with a background in men's wear to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with various e-commerce platforms and a strong understanding of online consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize listings on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and the company website.

  • Handle daily order processing, inventory management, and coordination with the warehouse.

  • Execute online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

  • Analyze sales trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.

  • Ensure high-quality product images, descriptions, and SEO-optimized content.

  • Manage customer service queries, returns, and feedback effectively.

  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in men's apparel.

  • Familiarity with online marketplaces and e-commerce CMS platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, order management systems, and sales reporting.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
