The E-commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing online sales platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and company websites. The role involves handling product listings, inventory updates, order processing, pricing strategies, and performance analysis to maximize online revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across all e-commerce platforms.
Monitor and maintain online inventory and ensure product availability.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and digital ads.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Handle order processing, returns, and customer service issues efficiently.
Optimize listings using SEO and keyword strategies to improve visibility.
Manage relationships with marketplace account managers (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Ensure accurate product categorization and content consistency across platforms.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely order dispatch.
Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and competitor activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online sales management.
Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and e-commerce dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of SEO, online marketing, and product data management is a plus.
