Job Description

  • Manage and update the company’s e-commerce website (Shopify/WooCommerce, etc.)

  • Upload and optimize product listings (images, descriptions, pricing)

  • Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability across platforms

  • Handle order processing, tracking, and returns coordination

  • Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for smooth dispatch

  • Analyze website performance, sales data, and customer behavior

  • Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns

  • Work closely with the marketing team for ads, creatives, and launches

  • Ensure a seamless user experience and troubleshoot website issues

  • Manage marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.)
