Ecommerce Account Manager

JADEMECH ETAILERS PVT. LTD., we specialize in selling home décor products across various online platforms. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Assistant to help manage our growing business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms

• Ensure accuracy and optimization of product descriptions, images, and keywords

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for stock management

• Create Shipment plans to distribute stocks across fulfillment warehouses

• Handle order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping coordination

• Assist in managing incoming shipments and ensure proper warehouse organization

• Address customer inquiries related to products, shipping, and returns
  
  Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon listings (Amazon Seller Central experience preferred)

  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Good communication skills for both internal coordination and customer support

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and basic digital marketing is a plus
