Job Summary
We are looking for a result-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promotions, product mapping, catalog management, pricing strategies, and driving overall sales performance across all portals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Management
Handle end-to-end operations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.
Create, upload, and manage product listings.
Ensure accurate product mapping and categorization.
Maintain inventory synchronization across portals.
Monitor account health and compliance with marketplace policies.
2. Promotions & Campaign Management
Plan and execute promotional campaigns (deals, discounts, lightning deals, BBD, Prime Day, etc.).
Coordinate with platform account managers for event participation.
Optimize coupons, sponsored ads, and promotional budgets.
Analyze campaign ROI and improve performance.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales across portals.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
Identify growth opportunities through pricing, bundling, and cross-selling.
Track competitors’ pricing and promotional strategies.
4. Product Mapping & Catalog Optimization
Manage product mapping with correct categories, attributes, and keywords.
Optimize titles, bullet points, A+ content, and backend keywords.
Ensure high product visibility and ranking.
Handle listing errors, suppressed listings, and backend issues.
5. Inventory & Order Management
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock planning.
Avoid stock-outs and overstock situations.
Monitor returns, refunds, and RTO rates.
Ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
6. Reporting & Analytics
Generate sales and performance reports.
Track KPIs such as conversion rate, ROAS, CTR, ACOS, etc.
Provide insights and recommendations to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces.
Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and promotional tools.
Experience with sponsored ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
