Job Description

E-commerce Manager – Amazon | Flipkart | Website (Relaxer)

Krishna Industries is looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our online business for our premium brand Relaxer.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations of Amazon, Flipkart and our official website.
Drive online sales growth and improve profitability.
Manage product listings, catalog optimization and content updates.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketplace offers.
Monitor inventory, stock planning and order fulfillment.
Coordinate with warehouse, customer support and marketing teams.
Analyze sales reports, competitor activities and market trends.
Manage PPC campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.
Lead and monitor the e-commerce team to achieve business targets.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and reduce return rates.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce Management.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Shopify/WordPress.
Experience in PPC Ads, Listing Optimization and Inventory Planning.
Strong analytical skills with Excel and MIS reporting.
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Ability to take ownership and independently manage complete e-commerce operations.

Preferred:

MBA or Graduate with relevant experience.
