About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven E-commerce Executive to manage and optimise our online business operations. The role will be responsible for maintaining all sales touchpoints- including the company website, online marketplaces, and aggregators- while driving online sales, managing inventory, and enhancing the overall customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement e-commerce growth strategies to acquire new customers and expand business opportunities.
Optimise the end-to-end e-commerce journey, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase engagement.
Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory control.
Conduct market research and analyse competitors, customer trends, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
Track, analyse, and report e-commerce performance metrics; provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with marketing, content, development, and customer service teams to execute online campaigns and promotions.
Demonstrate products using sales data, negotiate with stakeholders, and support the closing of sales opportunities.
Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Participate in conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
