Demo Executive

Role Overview

As a Demonstration Executive at Smart Infovision, you will represent the company’s advanced product technology by showcasing our interactive flat panels and smart classroom solutions to potential clients. You will play a key role in engaging customers, delivering impactful product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects through experiential product presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for schools, educational institutions, corporate clients, and distributors.

• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and functionalities to clients and end-users.

• Ensure demo devices, kits, and presentation materials are well-maintained and ready for demonstrations.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align demonstrations with client requirements and objectives.

• Gather and document client feedback after demos and share insights with the relevant internal teams.

• Support marketing events, exhibitions, workshops, and product onboarding sessions when required.

• Maintain professional grooming, communication, and conduct during all client interactions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in product demonstrations, training, sales support, or ed-tech industry.

• Basic understanding of interactive display technology, AV solutions, or digital classroom tools preferred.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English.

• Willingness to travel locally for on-site product demonstrations.

• Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, MS PowerPoint, or screen-sharing applications is an advantage.

• Tech-savvy, quick learner with a presentable and professional personality.
