Job Title: Duty Officer
Location: Perambur, Chennai
Department: Operations
Reports to: Cinema Manager/Duty Manager

Job Summary:

The Duty officer is responsible for supervising daily cinema operations during their shift. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling emergencies, and maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee shift activities across box office, concessions, ushering, and housekeeping.
Ensure smooth movie operations and handle customer complaints.
Monitor cash handling and sales reports.
Conduct pre-opening checks and ensure cleanliness and equipment readiness.
Lead the team in resolving issues and maintaining service quality.
Report incidents, maintain shift logbooks, and ensure compliance
Handling Stock Management

Requirement:

Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality or related field
1-3 years of experience in cinema, hospitality, or retail preferred
Good Communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
