Customer Support Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Assist the team with lead conversion, client meetings, and deal closures.

• Train new joiners on sales techniques, CRM usage, and product knowledge.

• Track team performance and generate reports for management.

• Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and events.

• Handle escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Continuously analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement.
