Sales Customer Support Executive

We are looking for "Customer Support Executive" for IT COMPANY

Job Location:- Vashi (Navi Mumbai)

Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities:-

Client Onboarding & Servicing: Conduct end-to-end onboarding for clients closes in the company.

CRM platform. Conduct product walkthroughs, workflow setup, and user training to ensure rapid

tool adoption across real estate client teams.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key decisionmakers

and daily CRM users. Conduct periodic health checks and feedback sessions to drive high

client satisfaction and retention.

Query & Complaint Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for client issues, operational

complaints, and product queries with a solution-oriented mindset.

Internal Ticket Resolution: Log, track, and coordinate ticket resolution directly with internal tech

support and product development teams to ensure timely issue resolution and maintain strict.

Upselling & Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upgrade client subscriptions, add modules, or expand user licenses based on client usage patterns and growing business needs.

CRM & Record Management: Maintain precise logs of client interactions, open support tickets,

account updates, and resolution statuses within the CRM.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer

Support within a B2B SaaS, CRM, or technology company.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a

related field (BBA, MBA, B.Com, B.Tech, or equivalent).

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

to handle client interactions effectively. Knowledge of Marathi is an added advantage.

Tech & Support Literacy: Strong understanding of CRM workflows, tech product support

systems, and ticket-tracking processes.

Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent interpersonal skills, conflict resolution mindset, and ability to

coordinate smoothly between clients and internal technical teams under tight timelines.

Only candidate who all have It industry experience as customer support executive should apply.
