We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at KTRON AI ROBOTICS PVT LTD. The role is to help customers in pre sales and after sales issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Converse with New Customer to identify their query type, and handover to sales persons.
Converse with Customer via Email/Call and identify issue type faced by customer, sales support required or technical support or logistical support required by customer.
Be the first point of contact for a customer, and help them through their journey of sales with our company.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and Experience 6 Months to 6+ Years. Applicant should be able to converse with client in basic english, hindi and gujarati.
