Job Summary

Jeel Filtration Technologies is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Female Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, support the sales team, coordinate quotations, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Attend incoming customer calls and emails.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding air filters, HVAC products, cleanroom solutions, and quotations.

• Maintain professional communication with customers and vendors.

• Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams.

Sales Coordination

• Prepare and send quotations to customers.

• Follow up on quotations and pending orders.

• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams regarding order status.

• Update customers on delivery schedules.

CRM & Documentation

• Maintain customer database and records.

• Generate sales reports and MIS reports.

• Update inquiry, quotation, and order tracking sheets.

• Manage filing of purchase orders, invoices, and customer correspondence.

Office Administration

• Support day-to-day office operations.

• Coordinate meetings and customer visits.

• Handle courier, dispatch, and documentation activities.

• Maintain office records and databases.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

• Customer-oriented approach and positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

• Customer support or sales coordination experience.

• Experience in HVAC, filtration, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial products will be an advantage.

Salary

• ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
