We are looking for a smart and responsible candidate to handle customer support, service coordination, and billing operations for our appliance service company.
Job Role:
Handle customer calls (IVR) & WhatsApp chats via CRM
Create and update service tickets in CRM
Coordinate with field technicians for service updates
Prepare and send quotations to customers (B2B/B2C)
Generate invoices and follow up for payments
Track all jobs and ensure timely closure
Maintain proper updates in CRM system
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English + Kannada preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM)
Must have Laptop & stable Internet (Work From Home)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups
Responsible and disciplined
