🌟 About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our automobile sales team as Customer Advisors / Account Managers. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering a smooth and premium vehicle buying experience.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert incoming & outbound sales leads
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicles
Conduct product presentations and coordinate test drives
Build strong long-term customer relationships
Handle negotiations and close sales effectively
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless vehicle delivery
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline tracking
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
🎯 What We’re Looking For
1–5 years of experience in sales (Auto / Retail / Consumer Durables / Financial Services preferred)
Freshers with strong interest in sales are welcome
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Basic financial understanding is an advantage
🎓 Eligibility
Any Graduate or 2-year Diploma
Valid 4-wheeler driving license preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of joining)
💰 Compensation
₹2,00,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum
Freshers: ~₹22,000/month
Experienced: ~₹25,000/month
