Customer Sales Executive – School Uniforms
Location: Hyderabad
Industry: School Uniforms / Garments
Experience: Minimum 2 years Qualification: Graduate Employment Type: Full-time
Candidates with prior experience in school uniform sales will be preferred. However, candidates with B2B sales or customer service experience from other industries are also welcome to apply.
Job Responsibilities - Generate leads by prospecting and identifying potential schools for uniform business. - Explore various lead-generation channels, including cold calling, emails, referrals, networking, and field visits. - Build and maintain a database of prospective schools and conduct regular follow-ups. - Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective schools and convert leads into customers. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order execution. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely execution. - Provide effective after-sales service and address customer requirements. - Maintain regular communication with school clients and build long-term relationships. - Update sales activities, customer information, and reports in Zoho CRM. - Prepare and maintain sales and prospect data using MS Excel. ### Key Result Areas (KRAs) - Achieve annual targets for acquiring new school clients. - Generate revenue from new as well as existing school customers. - Maintain consistent sales performance and achieve year-on-year growth. - Build a strong pipeline of prospective schools and ensure regular conversions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Number of new schools acquired. - Revenue generated from new and existing customers. - Lead-to-conversion ratio. - Consistency and growth in sales performance. - Customer retention and satisfaction. ### Qualification & Experience - Graduate in any discipline. - Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. - Experience in dealing with schools or school uniform businesses will be an advantage. - Candidates with B2B sales or customer service experience from other industries may also apply.
