Job Description: Customer Sales Executive for a reputed UNIFORM COMPANY (with a strong legacy of more than 30 years in the garment business) required urgently in Hyderabad. Role: Sales Executive required preferably with dealing Schools Uniforms. B2B experience desirable. Job involves prospecting in terms of lead generation, calls, mails, visits till execution apart from backend co-ordination and service. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA's):
1. Lead generation in terms of prospecting schools to penetrate our uniform business.
2. Explore all tools towards Lead generation (calls, mails, referrals etc.)
3. Prepare data of such prospects with regular follow-ups
4. Meeting prospective schools and conversion.
5. After Sales service towards individual school customer needs
6. System savvy and updating reports in Zoho CRM tools.
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Achieving Yearly targeted new school numbers
2. Revenue generation from such new schools and already existing schools.
3. Consistency in Sales with growth Year on Year.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Graduation with minimum 2 years experience
2. Industry experience in dealing with schools desirable. However, candidates from any industry with B2B or Customer Service exposure are welcome.
3. Should be computer savvy with knowledge of data compilation in excel.
4. Strong communication skills in English required with working knowledge of Hindi and Telugu.
