Job Overview:
We are seeking a sincere and detail oriented Receptionist / CRM Manager to manage day to day customer interactions and support internal operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling communication across multiple platforms, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage incoming customer orders from various platforms (phone, email, WhatsApp, Amazon, etc.).
•Oversee the end to end order processing from receipt to delivery ensuring timely fulfillment.
•Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient order handling.
•Deliver exceptional customer service, including timely updates and resolution of issues.
•Maintain and regularly update customer information in Excel and ERP software.
•Follow up on payments and ensure accurate record keeping
•Collect feedback, address concerns, and encourage repeat orders through ongoing engagement.
Foster a positive and smooth customer journey through clear, timely communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
•Minimum HSC ( 12 th pass); a Bachelor s degree in any field is preferred.
•Minimum 2 3 years of experience in customer service, reception, or CRM roles.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Hindi.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems.
•Ability to manage time, multitask, and work in a fast paced environment.
•Customer focused mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
