Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Admission Counselor (Finance) to guide prospective students through the admissions process for globally recognized finance certification programs such as ACCA, CFA, CMA, and others. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of these courses and be able to clearly explain their value, structure, and career outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel potential students on finance certification programs (ACCA, CFA, CMA, etc.).

• Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and career prospects.

• Manage end-to-end admission processes from inquiry to enrollment.

• Follow up with leads via phone, email, or in-person meetings.

• Maintain a student database and provide timely updates to the admissions team.

• Coordinate with academic teams for counseling support and program details.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

• Participate in events, webinars, and seminars to promote courses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Commerce/Business preferred).

• 2–3 years of experience in academic counseling, preferably in finance education.

• Compulsory knowledge of ACCA, CFA, CMA, and other finance certification programs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and convert them into admissions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
