Job TitleCRM (CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER )– Real EstateAbout the Company- Silver Sky Groups Job Location3rd Floor, SBI Branch, BTM 2ND stage, Near Water TankJob TypeFull‑Time / Work from OfficeJob PurposeTo generate new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support the sales pipeline in the real estate sector, contributing to revenue growth and expansion of the company’s portfolio.Key Responsibilities:•	Client Management & Communication:o	Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients.o	Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.o	Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable property options.o	Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after the sales process.•	Customer Experience:o	Ensure a smooth and positive experience for clients from initial engagement through final property handover.o	Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.o	Facilitate site visits, virtual tours, and follow-ups as required.•	Sales Coordination:o	Work closely with the sales, marketing, and legal teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation, contracts, and approvals.o	Update clients on project status, milestones, and payment schedules.•	Relationship Building:o	Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.o	Conduct regular client engagement activities, including feedback surveys, appreciation events, and loyalty programs.•	Database & Reporting:o	Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with client details, interaction history, and feedback.o	Generate and analyze reports on client satisfaction, complaints, and service performance.Key Requirements:•	Education: Any degree, or a related field.•	Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.•	Skills:o	Excellent verbal and written communication skills.o	Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.o	Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.o	Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.o	Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Preferred:•	Knowledge of real estate regulations and property documentation processes.•	Experience handling both residential and commercial real estate clients.
