💼 Position: CRM Executive (4QT Software)
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (As per Interview)
🕒 Experience: Minimum 1+ Year (Mandatory in 4QT Software)

🎯 Job Responsibilities:

📋 Manage customer data and records using 4QT Software.
📞 Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and service requests professionally.
🏡 Coordinate with sales, accounts, and project teams for customer documentation and updates.
📑 Maintain booking records, payment details, and customer correspondence.
📧 Prepare and send customer communications, reminders, and updates.
📊 Generate CRM reports and maintain accurate MIS records.
✅ Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
🤝 Assist in documentation related to bookings, agreements, possession, and other CRM activities.

✅ Skills Required:

✔️ Hands-on experience in 4QT Software (Mandatory)
✔️ Excellent communication and customer handling skills
✔️ Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
✔️ Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
✔️ Problem-solving and organizational skills

⏰ Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Rotational Off)
