About the Role
NDS Security Services is looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to manage day-to-day security operations, supervise field staff, maintain client coordination, and ensure smooth deployment of security personnel at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise security guards and field officers at various client sites.
Ensure proper deployment, attendance, shift management and discipline of security staff.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
Coordinate with clients regarding security requirements and operational issues.
Handle staff shortages, replacements and emergency situations.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports.
Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with HR and management for recruitment, deployment and replacement of staff.
Train and brief security personnel regarding site instructions and duties.
Ensure proper uniform, grooming and discipline of deployed staff.
Handle client complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and site representatives.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security services / facility management / operations.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple client sites and field staff.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and reporting.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Must be willing to travel to different client sites in Noida/Greater Noida.
Security industry experience will be preferred.
