We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to lead and manage the Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily sales activities, ensuring effective follow-ups, and driving team performance to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of Customer Relationship Executives (CREs)
Take daily follow-ups from CREs regarding:
Field sales staff visits
Telecalling activities
Customer visit remarks and feedback
Track and monitor:
Number of customer visits per day
Conversion ratios and closures
Monthly sales performance of team
Ensure proper reporting and data management of all customer interactions
Guide and motivate the team to increase sales and achieve targets
Analyze performance gaps and implement improvement strategies
Coordinate with sales and management teams for business growth
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Daily reporting accuracy from CRE team
Monthly sales target achievement
Increase in customer conversions
Team productivity and engagement
Customer retention and satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
Education: B.E. in Electronics (Preferred)
Experience: 2–5 years in CRM / Sales / Team Handling
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer handling
