Position: CRM Executive (Female)
Location: Connaught Place, Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Requirements: Fluent English, Active & Presentable Candidate
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM software.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
Prepare reports on customer feedback, interactions, and follow-ups.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and the company.
Build long-term customer loyalty through excellent service.
Assist in improving customer experience and retention strategies.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (Fluent English must).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Problem-solving attitude with a professional approach.
Active, confident, and presentable personality.
