Communication & Customer Support
Attend to customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly.
Respond to inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure complete satisfaction.
Marketing & Promotion
Promote Sangam Sweets’ products, offers, and festive campaigns through WhatsApp and email.
Prepare and send mass mailers for product launches, discounts, and special occasions.
Quotation Preparation
Prepare and share quotations for bulk or corporate orders.
Follow up with clients for order confirmations and payments.
Shipping Coordination
Track dispatches and deliveries in real-time.
Communicate with courier partners regarding shipment delays or exceptions.
Update customers with accurate shipping details and estimated delivery timelines.
