Job Summary

iFix India is Apple Premium Service Provider and the Largest company since 10 plus years As a Brand years based out in Bangalore with 06 Stores including WH & CO.Company is expanding in few leading south Indian cities Shortly.

The Customer Relationship Excutive is responsible for manging customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, & supporting sales and service processes, The role requires strong communications skills, basic technical understanding, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in customers & Inbound/outbound calls professionally

• Understand customer requirements and guide them on services/products

• Maintain strong customer relationshilps to ensure repeat business

• Coordinate with technical/service team for timely issue resolution

• Follow up with customers on service status and feedback

• Maintain customer records and update sofware system

• Support sales efforts by explaining service benefits and upselling where appropriate

• Address customer complaints & ensure quick resolution

Required Skills:

• Good Communication Skills

• Basic sales & negotiation Skills

• Customer handling & problem solving ability

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Billing Software, ect..)

• Basic technical knowledge (Mobile/Laptop preferred for repair businesses)

Qualification - Degree/ Diploma

Timings - 09 Hours & Sunday off

Salary - 2.4lpa to 3pla

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
