CRM / Client Relationship Manager – Hemanth Photography

We are looking for a smart and confident CRM Executive for Hemanth Photography, Bengaluru.

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand client requirements for weddings, pre-wedding shoots, maternity, baby shoots, and events.

Explain the photography packages and services clearly to clients.

Handle client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins.

Convert leads into bookings by building good relationships with clients.

Suggest suitable packages according to client needs and budget.

Follow up with potential clients and maintain proper communication.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and shoot planning.

Maintain customer data and booking records.

Requirement.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Experience in sales, CRM, customer handling, or photography industry preferred.

Should understand client emotions and event requirements.

Basic knowledge of wedding photography trends is an advantage.
