Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retail stores, and key business partners.
Identify new business opportunities, expand market reach, and increase product visibility.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, monitor competitors, and gather market feedback.
Manage channel sales effectively, ensuring proper product availability, stock levels, and merchandising at retail outlets.
Support dealers and distributors in achieving their sales targets through follow-ups, training, and business development.
Organize product demonstrations, promotional campaigns, and local marketing activities to improve customer engagement.
Coordinate with the retail team, promoters, and sales executives to ensure product knowledge and selling skills are up to date.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and market reports for management review.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any issues related to product delivery, installation, or after-sales service.
