Customer Relationship Executive B2B.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B corporate clients.
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate gifting solutions.
Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Order Management:
Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of gifts.
Track orders, manage timelines, and resolve any issues that arise during fulfillment.
Sales Support:
Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Upsell and cross-sell products/services to increase order value.
Customer Service:
Address and resolve customer queries or complaints efficiently.
Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings.
Reporting & CRM:
Maintain accurate records of client communications and orders in the CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales,client servicing, sales, or customer relationship roles (preferably in gifting, retail, or event services).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
