Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve life insurance sales targets.
• Drive customer acquisition through direct sales initiatives and campaigns.
• Cross-sell and upsell life insurance products to existing customers.
• Identify new market opportunities and promote Spoc’s life insurance offerings.
2. Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives and Relationship Managers.
• Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and skill development for team members.
3. Operational Management:
• Oversee end-to-end operations for life insurance policy issuance and renewals.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely premium collections.
• Coordinate with the MIS and back-office teams for smooth operations.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
• Promote customer-centric initiatives and handle escalations effectively.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Gather customer feedback to improve service standards and offerings.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in any subject Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a
managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and IRDAI regulations.
• Proven track record in team management and achieving sales targets.
