Key Responsibilities:-
● Follow up with customers for pending payments and installment collections
● Send payment reminders through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
● Maintain payment records, collection reports, and follow up trackers
● Resolve basic customer queries related to payment schedules and receipts
● Send receipts, welcome letters, and confirmation emails
● Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
● Share customer engagement messages such as festive greetings and important updates
● Support basic email creatives and communication materials using Canva
Required Skills :-
● Strong follow up and customer communication skills
● Confidence in calling customers and handling payment reminders
● Good email drafting and coordination skills
● Basic knowledge of CRM tools
● Working knowledge of Canva for simple communication support
Education & Qualification :-
Graduate in any stream
