Job Summary

Bhima Jewellery is looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Greeter / CRE to welcome customers and ensure a pleasant showroom experience. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to guide customers professionally within the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet customers warmly upon arrival.
Assist customers with basic showroom guidance and direct them to the concerned department.
Maintain a professional and pleasant front-desk presence.
Handle customer queries politely and efficiently.
Coordinate with sales staff for customer assistance.
Maintain customer waiting areas and ensure smooth customer flow.
Support showroom activities and customer engagement initiatives.
Ensure high standards of customer service at all times.
