Job Summary:
The Greeter is the first point of contact for customers entering the showroom. The role involves welcoming visitors, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive first impression of the brand. This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome customers upon arrival and guide them through the showroom.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Provide information on products, promotions, and ongoing offers.
Assist in directing customers to the appropriate sales or service personnel.
Handle visitor inquiries and provide prompt responses.
Ensure the reception and showroom area are clean, organized, and presentable.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Track and report footfall and visitor interactions to management.
Support administrative tasks, such as managing appointment schedules or visitor logs, if required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of local language (Hindi/Tamil/other regional) is a plus.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently and courteously.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
Prior experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
