Conduct outbound calls to international businesses (primarily small to medium shops and enterprises) to introduce and promote our financial product.
Set up qualified appointments for the onshore sales team by effectively communicating the value of the product.
Accurately maintain call logs, lead details, and client communications in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs for calls, leads generated, and appointments set.
Collaborate with the team to improve strategies and scripts to maximize conversion.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B International Voice Sales (appointment setting or lead generation preferred).
Communication Skills: Must have outstanding verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral or international accent.
Experience in financial product sales or familiarity with financial services is a plus.
Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling rejections positively.
Flexibility to work in night shifts
