The role involves but is not limited to:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients once the caretaker deployment is completed, ensuring a smooth post-deployment experience.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per agreed schedules and coordinate with the accounts team when required.
Handle and resolve client and caretaker escalations promptly and professionally, ensuring minimal service disruption.
Proactively collect positive Google reviews and feedback from satisfied clients to support the organization’s brand and credibility.
Achieve individual targets set by management to qualify for incentive programs.
Meet and maintain assigned KPIs as defined by management to ensure operational excellence.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, addressing caretaker inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
Analyze caretaker-related issues and assist in resolving them within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Manage all caretaker queries and concerns, and provide summarized reports or insights to management as required.
Maintain and update the caregiver database, ensuring accuracy of profiles, availability, and performance records.
Ensure a positive service and support experience for caretakers, promoting engagement, retention, and service quality.
