Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Care Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in handling customer queries, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a seamless shipping and freight forwarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide information on shipment status, documentation, and service requirements.
Coordinate with operations, sales, and documentation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Build strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent service.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.
Minimum bachelor's degree.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with shipping/freight systems will be an added advantage.
