Job Description:

As a Customer Care Executive at Zostie, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service both online and offline.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

  • Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs with a friendly and efficient approach.

  • Resolve guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure service quality.

  • Maintain guest records and feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Promote hostel events, tours, and activities to enhance guest experience.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English (other regional languages a plus).

  • Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude.

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, booking platforms).

  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
