As a Customer Care Executive at Zostie, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service both online and offline.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs with a friendly and efficient approach.
Resolve guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure service quality.
Maintain guest records and feedback for continuous improvement.
Promote hostel events, tours, and activities to enhance guest experience.
Strong communication skills in English (other regional languages a plus).
Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, booking platforms).
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
