Job Title: Customer Service Executive – Lead Generation - NO SALES / NO TARGET

Location: Belapur CBD
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Role:
Hiring Telecallers for a Lead Generation (Outbound Calling) process. This is a non-sales and no-target role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Generate and qualify leads
• Maintain accurate call records in the system
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines
• Provide correct information professionally

Requirements:
• Good English communication (mandatory)
• Languages: Hindi, Kannada, Bengali, or Gujarati
• Basic computer knowledge
• Confident communication and positive attitude

Eligibility:
• Freshers & experienced (0–5 years)
• Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred

Work Details:
• 6 days working (Rotational week off)
• Shift: Between 8 AM – 8 PM (9 hours)
