Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Credit Card Sales team. The role involves engaging with customers at Apollo Pharmacy stores and in field locations such as residential areas, corporate offices, and other pharmacies to promote and sell credit cards. This is a target-driven role suited for candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a drive to succeed in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
🌟In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):
1. Engage with walk-in pharmacy customers to promote suitable credit card products.
2. Clearly explain card features, eligibility criteria, benefits, and usage details.
3. Collect and verify customer documents in accordance with KYC norms.
4. Maintain visibility of promotional materials and ensure proper branding at the store.
🌟Field Sales:
1. Conduct visits to residential areas, businesses, corporate offices, and other pharmacies to generate leads and pitch credit cards.
2. Use cold calling, footfall engagement, and referrals to create sales opportunities.
3. Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of applications.
🌟Operational Duties:
1. Maintain accurate daily records of customer interactions, applications submitted, and successful conversions.
2. Liaise with internal processing teams for smooth application approvals and onboarding.
3. Ensure full compliance with banking regulations and documentation requirements.

🗝️Key Requirements:
1. Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
2. Experience: 6 months – 2 years in credit card or financial product sales preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
