We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Credit Card Sales Executive to promote and sell credit card products to walk-in customers at designated pharmacy outlets. The ideal candidate will serve as a direct point of contact for potential customers, educating them about various credit card offerings and assisting them throughout the application process.
Customer Engagement:
Proactively approach customers visiting pharmacy stores.
Build rapport and understand their needs to suggest suitable credit card options.
Product Pitching:
Explain the features, eligibility criteria, and benefits of different credit card products.
Clearly communicate offers such as cashback, reward points, no annual fee cards, EMI options, etc.
Documentation and KYC Compliance:
Assist customers in filling out the credit card application form.
Collect necessary documents (ID proof, address proof, income proof).
Verify authenticity of the documents as per bank’s Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.
Branding & Promotion:
Set up and maintain daily visibility of branding material (banners, standees, flyers) at the pharmacy location.
Support ongoing promotional campaigns and ensure visual consistency.
Reporting:
Maintain a record of daily walk-ins, leads generated, and conversions.
Provide regular feedback to the sales supervisor/team leader on customer responses and competitor activities.
Fixed salary + Incentives (based on credit card conversions)

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduates preferred.
Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in field sales/retail marketing preferred.
Basic knowledge of credit card usage and benefits.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be presentable, confident, and persuasive.
