Job Role:- Business Development Executive (Education Counsellor)
Location- Andheri East, Mumbai (Within 60 minutes’ travel time from the office, or should be comfortable to relocate)
Notice Period:- Immediate Joiners/Max 15 Days
Experience:-
1-Fresher or Min 6 Months of Sales experience required (B2C or B2B).
2-Field sales or retail sales are not acceptable.
3-Upselling,cross selling, customer care sales, operations is not acceptable.
4-Must have made 80-120 calls daily and worked with revenue generation targets.
5-Maximum 6 years of exp in Business development IC role.
Education Qualification:-
1- Graduate Preferred
2- If Undergraduate or Graduate pursuing should have min 1-year exp in sales..
3-Should not requires leave for 6 months from date of joining date.
4-Must be ok with full working schedule and days.
Working Days:-
Monday to Friday + 1 weekend working (Sat or Sun) depending upto the roster
Working Time:- 10 am to 7 PM
Communication:- Fluent in English and Hindi. Should speak clearly with correct grammar and minimal filters.
Future Plans:-
No Plans for further studies , extensive travel or marriage at least for 1 year from date of joining.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Help students select the right course.
• Drive sales through warm calling, engagement of students, suggestive selling, and sharing course knowledge.
• Ensure deal closure, and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with students, faculty, parents, etc. as per requirement. Provide outstanding student experience.
• Documents sales by creating or updating records.
• Manage financial transactions; ensure fees are received
