We are seeking a motivated and articulate Tele Counsellor to manage inbound and outbound calls for counselling students/customers about our courses, services, or programs. The role involves understanding the needs of potential clients, providing accurate information, and converting leads into successful enrollments or sales.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Provide information regarding courses/programs/products as per queries.
Follow up on leads and maintain a database using CRM tools.
Counsel and guide prospective students/customers through the decision-making process.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth follow-ups.
Resolve queries in a timely and effective manner.

🎓 Qualifications:

Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, or customer support is a plus (1–3 years preferred).
