Lead Handling & ConversionHandle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries.Follow up with leads and convert them into registered clients.Maintain high conversion ratio and achieve monthly targets.3. Documentation & Application ProcessAssist clients in preparing and reviewing visa documentation.Ensure accuracy and completeness of application forms.Coordinate with documentation team for file processing.4. Client Relationship ManagementMaintain regular follow-ups with existing clients.Provide updates regarding visa processing and timelines.Build long-term relationships and generate referrals.5.
