Job Title: Visa CounselorJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Visa Counselor to guide clients through the immigration and visa application process. The candidate will be responsible for counseling clients, assessing profiles, and ensuring smooth documentation and application submission.Key Responsibilities1. Client Consultation & CounselingProvide professional guidance to clients regarding study visa, work visa, PR, tourist visa and other immigration pathways.Assess client profiles and suggest suitable countries and visa options.Explain immigration rules, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly.2. Lead Handling & ConversionHandle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries.Follow up with leads and convert them into registered clients.Maintain high conversion ratio and achieve monthly targets.3. Documentation & Application ProcessAssist clients in preparing and reviewing visa documentation.Ensure accuracy and completeness of application forms.Coordinate with documentation team for file processing.4. Client Relationship ManagementMaintain regular follow-ups with existing clients.Provide updates regarding visa processing and timelines.Build long-term relationships and generate referrals.5. Compliance & Knowledge UpdateStay updated with immigration policies and visa rules.Maintain confidentiality of client data.Follow company SOPs and ethical sales practices.Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skillsSales and target-oriented approachGood knowledge of immigration/visa processesStrong documentation and coordination skillsAbility to handle pressure and multitaskQualification: 12thExperience: 6 Months - 4 years in Immigration / Education / Visa Counseling / Sales
