Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Experience: Minimum 3 years (Data Security / Backup Solution Sales)

Key Responsibilities

• Sell data security & backup solutions to Jaipur corporates.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.

• Identify and close deals in SMB/Enterprise segment.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and OEMs.

• Regular client visits and follow-ups.

Required Knowledge

• IT Security: Endpoint, Network, Data Security, DLP, NGFW, MDM, Helpdesk, Asset Mgmt.

• Backup Solutions: Server backup, desktop/laptop backup, replication.

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication skills.

• Must have 3+ years of experience in selling IT security or backup solutions in Jaipur.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Details

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Benefits: Mobile + Conveyance + Quarterly Incentive (50%+ of quarterly salary)
