Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify and generate potential B2B leads
Initiate contact with prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and online outreach
Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients
Share product catalogs, pricing, quotations, and negotiate terms of business
Follow up on inquiries and leads to convert them into successful sales
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications
Prepare periodic sales reports and meet assigned monthly targets
