We are looking for a smart, confident, and proactive Female Office Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.

Coordinate with existing clients and maintain strong customer relationships.

Generate new business leads and support business development activities.

Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients.

Schedule and attend client meetings across Delhi NCR when required.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain records, reports, and client communications professionally.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.

Experience in Sales, Administration, Business Development, or Client Handling is preferred.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.

Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel within Delhi NCR for client meetings.

Preferred Experience:

2–5 years of experience in Sales/Admin/Business Development.

Experience in the Healthcare, Medical Equipment, MEP, or Construction industry will be an added advantage.
