Commercial Interior Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Commercial Interior Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating new sales opportunities for commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and work closely with the design and project teams to deliver tailored interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities
 Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial interior fit-out sector.
 Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and client visits.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, consultants, architects, designers, and developers.
 Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior fit-out solutions.
 Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.
 Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to develop competitive project proposals.
 Negotiate commercial terms and close sales to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
 Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasts in the CRM system.
 Follow up on enquiries, tenders, and ongoing opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
 Ensure excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
 0–5 years of sales experience in commercial interior fit-out, office interiors, construction, or related industries.
 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
 Strong understanding of commercial interior fit-out processes and project lifecycle.  Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
 Valid driving license is an advantage (where applicable).

 Established network with corporate clients, consultants, architects, and project management firms.
 Experience in office fit-outs, retail interiors, hospitality, or commercial renovation projects.
 Strong business development and relationship management skills.
 Ability to prepare commercial proposals and participate in tender discussions.
 Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
