Working Days & Shift: Monday to Saturday, Day Shift

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Collection Manager to oversee and manage the collections team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely recovery of payments, monitoring team performance, and implementing effective collection strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the collections team

• Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments

• Develop and implement effective collection strategies

• Monitor team performance and set targets

• Maintain accurate records of collections and pending payments

• Resolve escalated customer queries related to payments

• Coordinate with accounts and operations teams for smooth processes

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly collection reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience as a Collection Manager

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven and result-oriented

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of collection software and tools is a plus

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Ability to motivate and guide a team

• Proactive, disciplined, and organized
